The watch features an 18K white gold case measuring 40.2 mm by 12.08 mm. The center of the dial displays a street map of Milan’s city center in Grand Feu cloisonné enamel, with the Duomo (Milan Cathedral) at its heart. A small "AP" mark on the dial points to the studio of enamel artist Anita Porchet. In this model, however, the chiming mechanism is directly linked to the World Time display; regardless of which of the 24 time zones is selected, the minute repeater chimes the time indicated by the central hands. A pusher at the 2 o'clock position allows for one-hour increments of adjustment.
